Operations
CTC is located in a 15,000 square foot
industrial building in suburban Eatontown, New Jersey. It is
a privately held Corporation registered in the State of New
Jersey. The co-founders have combined health care management
experience of over fifty years in acute care, long term and
home care markets. The company is focused on DVT prevention
and has created the VasoPress® DVT system.
Compression Therapy Concepts was incorporated in May of
1999. It is a certified minority business. The Company’s
personnel are expert in manufacturing, product development,
distribution, operations and finance. CTC provides its brand
name VasoPress System, that consists of a pump and a variety
of compression garments (SCD sleeves), to hospitals through
several distribution channels. CTC has been awarded
BroadLane, MedAssets, Premier, GSA national contracts and
several IDNs. Our customers are supported by a national
sales network of about fifty trained people.
CTC supports responsible reprocessing programs to lower the
cost of DVT prophylaxis by providing a garment that can be
reused up to five times. Our garment provides hospitals with
a choice of a single patient use product or a garment that
can be reprocessed. This is an environmentally friendly,
cost-effective approach to the prevention of deep vein
thrombosis.
